Good summary diagram, each decade goes further in automation, but each technology just reflects the designer's specification & evaluation skills. Use cases like prototyping are fine, but a polished result can look so convincing, you won't notice the errors. Like it says, it helps, doesn't replace.
Complexity! Funny - Gall's law is also 50 years old: "A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked. A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work. You have to start over with a working simple system."
