Nice work! I like how it takes the panic out of Pacman. Also, the theme of the game hits home, since I once found a Lemon Shark hiding in a bag of lemons.
I've got more ideas, but I need more feedback! I want to see someone complete all the levels! It's not enough to have people say it's "genius"!
