Superman was actually created by a couple of CLE high schoolers in the 30s, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. They went to Glenville and eventually worked in comics, buuut they sold the rights to Superman and needed to go through a lot of fights to be properly compensated. case.edu/ech/articles...
