6) and meet the best people. I wouldn;t like to be a kid today, with all the world becoming freedom free, but there are still very special things in the world. The mouth brooders are a nice little story of the best parents. especially in times when they are short of food, and fancy a snack !

1) Yeh like the guy below said...most cichlids. These fish are amazing. If you go snorkeling in lake Malawi on the backpackers route, especially out on the islands, you can swim around in a bay for five minutes and you have hundreds of these little buggers following you. They're after your skin

We kept cichlids for decades and had the occasional brood. It was always fun to see one of them swimming around with their mouth stuffed full of babies. Of course, then Oona killed them all by fiddling with the wires and pulling out the temperature probe so it was dangling down outside the tank ...
