Well, in my opinion, understanding how AI models work gives one the knowledge and ability to do specific tasks well based on patterns learned from data. This may equate to human intelligence.

There is negligible intelligence with present AI. They are as bright as an earthworm. Most however are ‘well read’ and can spout about everything we humans have ever written and created. They have a vast library of our knowledge to dip into and filter. They are also very quick. Now, just think.
