This mean their subject matter expert assessor and other delegated decision makers from this area who need to review the final recommendation of the release package are involved in this job action. These people are needed to approve the recommendations to release more information back to you. I am requesting an extension of 30 days, however it is unclear how long this will go on for, which would make the new due date November 4, 2025.

I have attached provincial FOI request # PSS-2023-32870 to this email showing that there were clearly some emails to and from both Phil Heard and Fiona Wilson in the time period in question, and which suggests further emails at least to and from Phil Heard. And yet you are saying that these records don't exist?

Timeline: Oct. 1 to 31, 2023”. The offices of responsibility conducted searches based on the parameters of your request and were met with negative results. We are therefore unable to provide access to the requested information because it does not exist.
