(I mean, it's still probably racist too, don't get me wrong. But I think their intention was more to be sneaky about where they're sourcing stuff.)
This is the standard disclaimer they put any time someone is re-selling stuff from Temu and Shein. I've seen it lots of places, especially Mercari and these kinds of pop-up web shops. They're saying "Look, it's from Shein so don't complain to us if it's crap." without actually saying it.
