Now, the full extent of this corporate infiltration has been laid bare. The official figures released by NHS England confirm that, as of May 28 2026, a total of 145 contractors from Palantir UK and an additional 87 third-party sub-contractors have been formally onboarded to the NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP) programme. To facilitate this, all these private operatives have been issued approved @nhs.net email accounts to conduct their work under the instruction of the NHS.

Statement from Good Law Project reading: We want to apologize for how the ‘Monster’ campaign has been received by the trans community. We’ve heard you – and we’ve instructed our media partners to take the campaign down. The ‘Monster’ campaign was commissioned from the preeminent public artist Martin Firrell, whose work evidences a long record of support for the LGBT+ community, to speak specifically to cis people about what it means to oppose trans people, rights, spaces and joy. The campaign tested very positively with cis allies and the team that worked on it included a number of trans people. The campaign was funded by a single donation and in its very brief existence has brought in at least one four figure donation. We think it’s important that we speak both to the cis people, who we need to persuade, and the trans community, for whom ultimately we do this work. Later this month a project we funded for the trans community, the 86-metre Trans Unity Quilt, with two trans co-artistic directors, will be carried along the route of London Trans+ Pride and then at further events outside London. All of this is true – but none of it matters if it damages the trust we enjoy with the trans community and it has. So it will be taken down today – and I repeat my apology, on Good Law Project’s behalf, to those the campaign has upset. The serious questions surrounding ChelWest’s data cast a dark shadow over Palantir’s London poster child, a trust whose supposed success is being used to promote the tech company’s future role in the UK’s health system. And for groups like Foxglove, their concern is that the questionable data was still being used to justify a deeper involvement of Palantir in both the NHS and the state at large. “It is deeply worrying that figures that were at best marketing bumf and at worst actively misleading are being used to justify a semi-mandated rollout of the FDP across the UK,” Squirrell said. Or, as the doctor at ChelWest put it: “It’s very dangerous that you can misuse figures to suit whatever your intentions or goals and aims are, especially if that translates into money being put into the pocket of big companies. It makes me question what their intentions are.”

On the night she was killed, Michaela called a friend in fear for her life. When she screamed and dropped the phone, her friend called the police. They knew who they were dealing with. They knew Kendall’s history of domestic violence. They had been to the house many times before. But when the officers arrived, nobody answered the door. They checked the garden and tapped at the back window. And then they left. They knew Michaela was in immediate danger. They knew they could break down the door to save her life. Instead, they walked away – leaving Michaela inside. When the state knows someone is at real and immediate risk of serious harm, it has a duty to act. The police failed to meet that duty.
When the far-right talking head Sophie Corcoran launched her campaign against 10,000 Interns, she said she was suing the charity because they turned down her application for a training scheme. But her post on X reveals why she thinks this programme supporting young Black people is “anti-white”: “What disadvantages do [Black people] actually have?” she asked. “None.” Corcoran’s claim is so deeply, horrifically inaccurate that it makes our work more straightforward. Even so, we must keep doing that work, because what’s at stake here is a total resetting of all the gains made to reduce discrimination in the UK.
Henderson has served on the EHRC – which laid their revised guidance on how organisations should approach trans inclusion on Thursday – since 2018. He faced criticism in 2020 for liking and sharing posts criticising Black Lives Matter as well as calling the words misogynist and homophobe “highly ideological propaganda terms”, but spent eight months as deputy chair in 2023. Between 2016 and 2021, Henderson was also the director of the Lawyers’ Christian Fellowship, which has partnered with Alliance Defending Freedom, a US Christian right group that was central in overturning abortion rights in the US. But last week the EHRC gave him a new position in Scotland, just two weeks after he won a legal case funded by another dark money Christian right group from overseas, in which the former journalist David Campanale says he won damages plus a legal bill which could be over £250,000.
