Everyone belongs at GCT Gosforth Civic Theatre is a shared public place where people are welcomed, valued and treated with dignity. We have zero tolerance for discrimination or hate in any form.
It's been a big year for us, culminating in winning Best Museum or Cultural Venue at the North East Culture Awards and delivering our biggest and most complex Freedom Moving platform to date. On top of that: We had 75 SEND programme enrolments across 696 total events and sessions, meaning we ran or hosted - 287 SEND sessions - 247 community sessions - 105 cultural events - 57 private events We had 75 SEND programme enrolments and delivered 1,038 hours of work placement programme in our cafe A cafe that has seen approximately 31,850 visitors And 13,618 of you came to gigs, shows, talks, films, comedy, community events and festivals. Thank you to everyone who has supported us or visited us this year, we can't wait to do it all again in what will be our TENTH year!
