If 1% of people are responsible for 50% of emissions - I understand that to be a fact, then the things that 1% indulge in should be the first to go. ATM it’s the 50% at the other end of inequity who are paying for this.
It would be interesting to hear their proposals for sustainable aviation. This group sounds like it has the best of intentions but scepticism about biofuels and electrification is usually well founded
This is really encouraging! For those of us who must fly, no matter what, it is important to be awre that all sides are searching for ways forwars. I can only cut down my flying to a certain point but knowing there are other efforts is inspiring.
That and we could reduce to net zero and still be screwing the planet by covering it in concrete, and loading it industrial byproducts.
