On land we can set our destination, with sat navs telling us where to turn and which road to take. In uncharted waters, we need a compass to set our direction and guide us in how we make decisions.

If you’re a entering a year of new, unfamiliar or uncertain terrain - especially if you’re looking round at everyone else getting fired up with their goal setting and thinking “honestly? I don’t know!” maybe that’s ok. Maybe what you need isn’t a goal, a blueprint or a sat nav… but a compass.
