A dinner set of two portobello mushrooms brushed with olive oil and stuffed with an artichoke dip mix of cream cheese, gruyere cheese, minced garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach leaves, parmesean cheese and mayo, some linguine cooked al dente with butter, minced garlic, salt n pepper and parsley to garnish. And scissor bread to balance it out. Red wine is a 2024 pinot noir from Willamette Valley Vineyards
2:1 chicken broth & water (6 cups total) Udon noodles Coined & halved carrot 5 sliced shiitake mushrooms Chopped green onions (3 stalks) Stir-fry minced garlic (two cloves) and shaved ginger (2 teaspoons) w/ sesame seed oil (1 tablespoon) and dark soy sauce (half tablespoon) Baby bok choy (2 heads)
