Gearhead Sculptor Trades stuff Sort of Retired Family

Our special needs 18 year old son has finally started to ride after 3 years off since his spinal fusion surgery. 3-5miles when we've ridden. He hasn't gotten up to 20mph like before surgery yet but we're in hopes he will. It's time he gets a better recumbent but all the controls have to be on the left side. I guess that eliminates more front sprockets?
