One of the interesting things about video gaming culture is that there's so much attention on the legacy model of traditional console and PC releases and so little attention on the comparatively more profitable scene for mobile games. Is it because mobile games are so easy to just try for yourself?

When I look at traditional gamer-created lists that show off the best mobile games, they're inevitably premium titles also available on consoles or the PC. But most mobile games are free to play and only on mobile platforms. You can't (natively) play Monopoly Go or Honor of Kings anywhere else!

pawsonally, playing games on a smartphone sucks. even when she only owned a smartphone (no PC, no consoles), pup spent her time reading books & watching movies/YT/Twitch rather than playing mobile games
