Footpath in a beautiful group of silverbirches we planted 20 years ago. Bolet came back after 15 years. The same year a bird family first nested here. Now, many birds. Joy. Gratitude 🙏🌳 Thank you Nature.

Winter #inthegarden, the veggie patch has been cleaned and emerged brocolis cauli and corn lettuce and silverbeet. I kept one calendula in each bed. Disturbing the soil as least as possible with a hook or hand shovel, caring means: - uprooting greenery (veronica, a little cress, quite many pansies, and dandelion I make coffee with) - Removing dieback on alive plants - fertilizing with organic hen poo pallets and seaweed. - commit to never put any chemicals on the land 💕🦋🙏🪱

Healthy ingredients pour dinner, lots of vegetables, carrots and pumpkin from the garden, tempe, rice. Just steam and add spices. Yum.
