This is a chart I wish the remote work discourse would more fully internalize. It shows the employment level among prime-age Americans with disabilities rising by nearly one quarter post-pandemic (from ~31% to approaching 39%). It's up even more from 2016. This is almost certainly hybrid work & WFH.
