I noticed that at least 3 of the countries in BRICS have US and/or EU sanctions against them. Is this just another attempt to end run around Global sanctions for Russia, China, and Iran? Why is Saudi Arabia playing in that sandbox? Brazil, Bolsonaro.... Very interesting.
