Toggle Show on all Displays 5. Finally turn Auto-hide Taskbar back on Why is such a simple thing so damn complicated?!

Step 4 is because the taskbar doesn't always show up on every display. It's visible on the main one, but hidden on one or two of the others. If I just toggle auto-hide taskbar I get a different error. So this step ensures I can turn it back on without seeing another error.
