Favorite Game: I shan't spoil it. Best Story: Undertale was freshest in the mind for this. Favorite Art Style: It's criminal that Alex Ahad wasn't done more work for games. Biggest Personal Impact: My first proper PC game. Continues to influence my stuff nowadays. Best Combat: DMC5 Vergil is my undisputed peak of character-action gameplay. Overhated: I get why Xrd and XXACR fans dislike it, but Strive has genuine merit that gets dismissed a lot. Underrated: Kinda been overshadowed by the Hades games, but I think it's worth a shot. Overrated: FE Awakening's not bad by any means, it's just good all-round while stuff like 3Houses has better writing and Fates/Engage have better gameplay. Needs a Remake: SA2's got high-highs, low-lows, and lots of fan attention. Criminally Underlooked: Pyre's so good and gets so little love. Favorite Protagonist: Zag's just that likeable. Favorite Antagonist: P5R's final-final boss has such good writing and such unintentional weight. Best Soundtrack: Hardest to pick of these. Other contenders: Deltarune, Strive, SSBU, Mario Kart World, etc Best Multiplayer: Hardest to pick because I don't play 'typical' multiplayer stuff often. Not Usually My Thing: FFXIV was an idea from a work friend and it's stuck it's claws into me since. Turn My Brain Off: Hours pass in an instant with this. Best with Friends: Ragdoll physics and a janky engine. Best Retro Game: I blame old Youtube Machinimas Nostalgic Childhood Game: It's not great, but it left an impact. Everyone Should Play: See above Best Visual Novel: See Outer Wilds. Best Worldbuilding: Running low on text to explain Best Writing: 10 more years of discourse Best Boss Fight: Fight a man over the last can of paint in the apocalypse First Video Game: It all started here, even if the addiction has been worn down over the years.
