A wide sidewalk path has been cleared by a plow, with the snow plowed off to the right, into the parking lane. The drive lanes are totally clear and bone dry.
A sidewalk path has somehow been cleared by someone in the 2+’ of dense plow snow/ice detritus the city deposited on the sidewalk. However, it is still impassable due to large ice chunks that slipped from the ice wall onto the cleared path. The video pans to show totally clear car drive and parking lanes.
