This effects their identity, origin myths, material culture, clothing...all of it. Artist: They are just humanoids with bird like ornamentation, right? I need to find non-rule-of-cool people.

😭😭I totally get your frustration, it’s so refreshing to see someone look past just the 'rule of cool' and actually build a cohesive biological foundation. Connecting that mutation to their material culture and identity is top tier design. This concept has so much depth!
