Here's proof that you can stack 15 Elite Night Credits from the UK Marriott Amex card with 15 Elite Night Credits from the new UK Marriott Premium Debit Card. It's 5th January and I am 60% of the way to renewing Platinum Elite status, which is the lowest level of Marriott status that is worth it.
