Completely agree. This is the “old” home app page for me…. Exactly what you wanted, I suspect. It’s almost like they don’t care about the #customerjourney Thankfully “other airlines are available”.
Did they do any market research or pre-release testing? Bizzarre it has got as far as a released app with such obvious usage flaws.
Yep, I thought exactly the same. It’s appalling. I understand they’ll add more features over time, but they haven’t even got the basics right
