Is it just two separate render resolutions for enviro and character? Or how is it "fake"?
this is so cool! one thing that i think interferes with the illusion a bit is the yellow sparkle particle effects will sometimes be behind or clip through the grass.
i love the look of these backgrounds. how did you make them look pixelated in the video?
