Thanks for taking the time to respond so thoroughly. What about the fact that WIV was conducting research in BSL-2 labs that should have been BSL-4? The scientists in 2018 so concerned?

So, nothing from this article says anything about BSL-4 pathogens being inappropriately studied at a BSL-2 facility. COVID is also appropriate for study at a BSL-2 facility. Further, the BSLs for pathogens can change as time goes on. The article talks about insufficient personnel.
