Arrogance is loud. It comes from insecurity.
Confidence is quiet. It comes from evidence.
The people who know the least yell the loudest.
They need to convince everyone, including themselves, that they belong.
The people who are most prepared, who actually know a thing or two, tend to speak softly.
If you've done the work-the research, reading, thinking, training then you gain true confidence.
It's not about outward posturing. It's an inside game.
