I am very disappointed with my Secret Lair experience this past Monday. Despite adding the 1 SLD I wanted and clicking checkout as close to 9am PDT as possible, my queue time was estimated as over an hour. I hope that you research why there have been so many reports of a coordinated effort by resellers to skip the queue system and buy out all the desirable drops within the first 30min or so. I hope that you take stock of the massive number of disappointed players and collectors who are just buying a few pieces for their collections and adjust what you expect Secret Lair to actually deliver to your playerbase.
