I hate that the norm for Pastor's or deacons who have been abusive and/or sexually harassed people is that it's fine for them to go back to their posts because they say sorry. The wife and any other victims are shunned and hated because they don't fall back in line. A repentant heart would know they're no longer qualified to pastor. Saying sorry isn't repentance. Some of these guys don't even say they're sorry. Being offered to speak doesn't mean it's God saying you should go back to it. Women, you're worth more than that.
