What is the Rank & File School? The Rank & File School is recruiting people to get union jobs! We will provide education and support for people getting union jobs: how to organize on the job, what union democracy and power look like, and how to pick a winning strategy. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors and work alongside your comrades as we learn together how to build our working class movement for a better world. We will also help you through the job application process and support once you’re on the job.
