Not quite the same set of features, but give Markerpad a try and let me know if you have feedback. It’s a C# XAML fast whiteboard app on Windows. No AI was used. It’s a hobby project because I loved the Surface Pro 12-inch so much, I built something for it. apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nh0w...
