When she swipes her giant brush, she can create whatever she can think of, but she has to know how it actually works to be functional. If she were to paint a gun but did not know the inner workings of a gun, then the gun would not shoot. Because of this, she is very well read and frequently researches new things to practice creating fully functional versions. There are plenty of cat statues in her home because she has yet to master all the inner workings necessary to make one living. Unfortunately, natural living cats do not seem to like her very much.
