While in self-isolation, the Dutch cruise ship passengers must measure their temperature daily and keep the municipal health service GGD informed about their condition. They’re allowed to go outside occasionally for a short walk, but must wear a mask and keep a distance of 1.5 meters from others, including their housemates. The self-isolation will happen on trust - the authorities will not enforce it, Public Health Minister Sophie Hermans told Nieuwsuur. “I expect that people getting off that ship will realize: I might have this, and I am not going to run the risk of infecting others,” she said, stressing how serious the virus can be. “Three people have died from it, and you can get very sick from it.”

My rabbits Toph (the little one who is a lop and who was rescued on the street as a baby in the north part of The Netherlands and raised in a foster family with a giant dog who she loved so I knew she’d be a good fit for a big bunny) and Sokka (the flemish giant who was rejected for further breeding and fortunately came to me. And who also has glaucoma so he gets eye drops multiple times a day, whee, but he takes them like a champ. And yes it is ironic that the eye problems happened in Sokka. I was tempting fate with Avatar names, but blindness didn’t stop ATLA Toph and Sokka doesn’t let his glaucoma slow him down either).

My rabbits Sokka (big grey Flemish giant) and Toph (little brown and white lop mix something something) and their stuffed fox toy Suki all piled up together. Sokka is on Suki and Toph at the same time like something out of the raunchiest fanfiction. In case you’re wondering, Toph likes being sat on by Sokka. He’s like her waited blanket. And Sokka just likes to sit on things: the side of his dog bed, Suki, Toph etc.
