Nick Fisher @hydroxide.dev · Jun 12 Earlier today I found extra usage was turned on. Strange, but I just assumed I forgot to disable it at one point, so I just turned it off. It was just re-enabled again, so I *know* it wasn't just me being absent-minded. Either a glitch or using claude-fable-5 silently enables extra usage.

When I disabled it earlier, I also set the spend cap to 0 (which had been set to $75 the previous month, equal to the amount of extra credits I had). Can anyone else confirm that if they disable extra usage, then start a session with claude-fable-5, that extra usage gets enabled?
