I feel Nintendo/Miyamoto/Movie Writers kind of missed the point of Peach and Rosalina's relationship in the games, or rather the lack of one. In a series of Definite Answers and This is What Happened(s), the relationship of those two is the ONE time that they keep it up to interpretation, and it fits the theme and vibes of Galaxy. Making them sisters in a literal sense is such a copout, narratively. Forced, in a way. At the end of Princess Peach: Showtime, Peach uses powers quite similar to Rosalina (and wears a dress that is similar to hers.) I liked that small level of connection because there was an implication of "okay, Peach and Rosa have this intuit to magic knowledge. They act on it differently but they might have the same source." The RPGs show that Peach has some intricate knowledge of magic outside of stuff like floating and healing abilities.

[a tiny little hyper introspective comic] follows the arrows. various sketches of super mario of varying quality. dear god, she's brought out the ballpoint pen. no references in sight.... there aren't going to be consistent designs to rely on anymore- just whatever ends up on the page is just going to be there... don't worry, soon as she runs out of energy- we'll be back to normal stuff that is hard to draw additionally slows her down... like hands. isn't the quality just gonna get worse til she stops? not necessarily, just less and less consistent. like a printer running out of ink. doesn't this just end up being counterproductive then? yeah, is it really helping someone to just bash their heads into a wall til they get tired? what are they learning? maybe that they shouldn't force it, and not having a plan might not be helpful. that's uh.... i mean, i guess. but idk if that's a super fun way to learn that.

hey, it's hyper. i draw the stuff. I'll keep this brief bc I hate drawing about stuff like this I got some new meds. antidepressants. much stronger than the last. they make me either super tired or my brain feels like TV static. it super sucks. but unfortunately it's made it really difficult to draw anything of any real substance. like I stare at my sketchbook and it feels like ideas just like, aren't there which admittedly, doesn't help my mood a whole lot like sure i might seem some slight amount more hopeful in the bright moments, but what does it matter if I'm drowsy 45% of the time and the other 45% [is] sleeping???? So, TL;DR, drawing right now is difficult. they may come out every two or three days, instead of every, just to give them more substance. There is a sketch of a surprised Mario on the right side of the page. Under it, it reads, "half a Mario, for your troubles."
