we've decided to officially ban eurasia group employees from betting on polymarket, kalshi and other predictions markets. it's corrosive for civil society, probably more dangerous than social media for democracy... and of course would be a clear confluct for pursing objective analysis on global affairs. will be sharing more thoughts on this publicly in the coming weeks (as will many us political leaders i know.)
