1/2 there’s so much out there to fix your gaze on the rivers and seas, the endless flow i can taste the sugar on the tip of my tongue i close my eyes; an ocean takes me i go where the wind blows, i follow where your eyes take me where atoms combine with zeroes and ones can you feel it too? it’s a dream, i assume but dreamt in two parts, two colliding stars how glorious the end of the world would feel if i knew it’s just the beginning of you of all that waits for your tired eyes in empty boxes, in blockbuster late fees, in wasted spaces that scream for substance how endearing this chaos could be if one foot follows the other, even with no rhythm, but in heavenly order a ritual of sorts, but with no god, no judges in places i’ve never seen but i can hear their music they all sing to you, call your name in flames, burning like dying suns -where does it begin? where does it end?-

here it is, it has arrived. it’s a good sign a mountain of laundry, disorganized piles envelopes, papers scattered far and wide but it’s all mine, all yours, all mine with open arms and awkward smiles shiver sent suddenly down my broken spine let go of the cold, give in to the sun cause it’s all mine, all yours, intertwined storm is approaching quicker than i thought a heart in a box, your eyes locked (i might be seeing things, might be in shock) you’ve earned it, you own it, it’s all yours is it enough? the things that i brought old shirts, some pants, cables and cords my whole life defined in a see-through box it’s mine, though. all mine. it’s also all yours clouds cover the trees in lines, in neat rows a gift to this land wrapped with a bow i take a deep breath and think of my home it’s distant, but it’s mine. i still can’t let go memories seem worth more than moving on time is a circle, i’ll be back at square one i couldn’t care less. my heart in my chest it’s mine, all mine, it’s yours, all yours.
