The video contains two gameplay screen captures stacked on top of each other. The top capture is of a very simple 2D platformer where the player and enemies aren't animated but the player can move and collect red orbs while evading scorpion enemies. The bottom capture is a more recent project and is of a 2D RPG with a full combat system, animations, and loot drops. The two captures show the progression within the first year of my learning game dev.

The player frog is also collecting drops from defeated enemies to cook meals in their kitchen at the bottom of the screen. Eating these meals gives the player frog shot upgrades to help them survive the waves of enemy frogs.
