The resolution seeks to protect civil society space, promote alternatives to incarceration, defend Indigenous rights, & recognise environmental rights. Attempts by Russia to remove #HarmReduction were defeated by 25 votes vs. 10. Evidence & rights trumping reactionary ideology.
