It's not present here, but judging by the official website, outside of combat the full version is just Disgaea, and that's the best part of Disgaea imo-

All of those extra Disgaea mechanics are accounted for: Item World, Reincarnation, Magichange, etc. It's *all* here, everything that would be in a traditional Disgaea is in Mayhem and that's the only area I could see myself enjoying the full game, the combat alongside those systems isn't good enough
