If I click on a video from the recommended sidebar it displays as "unavailable," but if I go to the channel's page and click on the video it plays just fine. This has happened with videos from multiple channels, and from different countries. Looks like this:

I had something like this start happening to me. I had to use a different browser. Which lead to the discovery of a host of other issues cropping up in chromium based browsers.
Yes, at random. At this point I've almost exclusively moved to using the freetube app on desktop even if it takes a bit longer for videos to load, because at least videos load.
