I’m calling on [SEN NAME] as a member of the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs to demand that the H.R. 3633, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, not pass committee without an appropriate ethical provision that prevents federal workers and staff in all branches of the government (including Congressional Members, Cabinet Members and the President and Vice President of the United States) from profiting off of cryptocurrency trading while in office. If your committee cannot provide ethical provisions then make sure that it is referred to additional committees for ethical review prior voting it out of committee and bringing it to the house floor.
