This is part of the reason my preferred proxies are either directly from artists or are from MTG goldfish - if it is only text, then you can't forge art!
If you absolutely must proxy, make it yourself for personal use. Print it at home or at a store. Don't reward people taking advantage of an unfortunate situation to make a profit, because they will most always go a step further and sell other copyrighted works. It's happening right now.
