I'm not even blocking the entrance to the street in this video. but a surprising number of drivers choose to respect the rules simply because someone actually speaks up and asks them to. the scooter rider at the end should have waited for the crossing signal though!

drivers often like to pull into the green bicycle turn box on 4th before illegally turning into Bell Street Park. in this video the driver gets pretty close to the biker who pulls up to that spot. fortunately I don't even have to say anything for them to decide to continue straight
