Thomas Keller is right. You just need salt, pepper a small bunch of thyme and 90 mins uninterrupted in a hot oven, to roast a chicken. Served with roast potatoes finished in herb and garlic butter, asparagus, mixed leaves and a garlic mayo #CookWithIsh 2/2
