Attempting lookout without your partner again." P3: Amethyst has a mock polite smile, which takes up the panel. He responds, "They just couldn't keep up! I don't need someone like that holding me down anyway. I've got this under control." Topaz replies, "Do you?" out of screen. P4: They are facing each other. Topaz has planted his weapon in the grass. "Indeed I do! I'd love to show you sometime, But don't you have your own teammate to be getting back to?" "I'm on patrol. To watch for... lazy layabouts...such as yourself." P5: The scene zooms out to reveal a sunspot developing behind them. Amethyst's metaphorical mask slips, as he whips out his rapier and shouts, "Lazy LAYABOUT?! That's rich coming from you! Honestly, 24, it's fine if you're jealous of my prowess as a fighter," P6: Panel takes up the whole bottom page, very zoomed out as the sunspot continues to develop. Neither notice. Contd., "But going around slinging insults around like that is NOT going to be tolerated!" Topaz has his sword out too, now. "Threaten all you want, seven. I doubt I have much to fear from you." "I'm warning you, if you don't stop bothering me, getting in the way of my job, I'll shatter you!" The page ends there.
