Why doing it myself instead of using #CloudFlare (free) services?

Totally understand some of this, but Cloudflare offers some nice things like caching and some automatic SSL configs. Yes it can be a pain, but the thing I use a lot is tunnelling through to my home server without exposing anything silly like IP address. Pros and cons yes
