I believe this is a still from the TOS episode "Catspaw", however I'm backing that not so much on my memory (which is limited and unreliable due to the fact that it's been at least 5 or 6 years since I last watched this episode), but rather on a comment on Reddit (where this photo was originally posted) from a person I do not know but who phrased his assertion with such conviction that I'm happy to accept that person is correct until proven otherwise by someone with more conviction or mine own eyes when I next watch it.
