Ok, I've gone over to the dark side temporarily... After seeing posts on here about the tiny Cardputer running FT8, I had to give it a go. As of last night, there's an MD5Launcher compatible version of Mini-FT8 available on GitHub. It's pretty impressive and soooooo teenyweeny!

Just looked up what FT8 is and I want one now. 馃槀 And the kit I need to get into radio. I have the GPS cap and LoRa for the cardputer adv. And having so much fun with it just need to make a magnifying glass mod for it so I can see as I'm old

It's amazing how small HF radios have become. Of course if you antenna is well tuned, FT8 is such a weak signal mode you can get around the world from a 'pocket' sized station and a couple watts! Tempting, I may have to get into that too. :)
