On-street parking in Bellevue is free today. Recent data collected in Bellevue shows that most on-street parking areas are very full and have little turnover.

I stopped at my credit union on my drive home from work last summer. I could not find an on-street parking spot, despite NE 2nd having ample on-street parking. Because Bellevue does not charge for street parking, every spot was full. I would gladly have paid a couple bucks to park for 15 minutes.
