Then he put ketchup and mayonnaise on it. I feel like there was a misunderstanding about what the word “everything” means.

Who the hell puts mayo on a hot dog? Were they messing with you, or was the guy new? Or was he just punishing that you for not ordering a cheeseburger? (I have never eaten at a Billy Goat, but their online menu lists only normal toppings for hot dogs.)
